ABOUT

On a quiet corner of Lisbon’s Marvila district, an empty artist's studio flooded with natural light awaits its next chapter.

Atelier, formerly the creative home to renowned Portuguese artist Tomaz Hipolito, has been reimagined into an elegant hideaway of eight homes with a delicate design that echoes its artistic past and surroundings. The latest boutique development of LFV Des Vosges in partnership with Pietra AM located on Rua Afonso Annes Penedo offers future residents a private oasis of peace and quiet in the heart of what is fast becoming Lisbon’s creative enclave.

Make yourself at home

Apartments range from T2 to T4 and feature a well-lit kitchen that receives sunlight from both sides and a generous living area that opens onto a beautiful private garden for the ground and first floors.

Underground private parking for up to twelve vehicles will also be available.

INTERIORS

Mindful design and natural light, which pours in through the large windows and floods every corner of the room, are the forefront of Atelier’s interior. A pared-down aesthetic with carefully selected materials and finishes adds warmth and texture to each space. Natural wooden floors and soft, organic fabrics create a sense of calm while likewise offering a blank canvas for residents to bring their personal touch to.

Take solace

One of the most unique features of Atelier will be its private gardens. The eight apartments, located on the ground and first floors, will each have access to their own private garden of over 65m2, carefully landscaped by BALDIOS Arquitectos Paisagista to reflect four green cocoons.

These serene green spaces offer residents a welcome respite from the bustle of the city, and are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a lazy afternoon spent reading a book. The gardens also provide a wonderful backdrop for entertaining guests or enjoying a meal al fresco.
